1. Visit a park or any other place with thick vegetation near by. Select a piece of land for experimentation. Divide it into 4 quadrates of 1m2 each with the help of an inch tape or meter scale. Select any four plants. Identify them if you can or name them as Sp A, B, C and D. Count the no. of plants of each species in all quadrates and find out population density and pop frequency of each.

2. Dissect a big flower (China Rose/ Petunia). Identify its various parts. Dry them and display them on a Drawing Sheet. Cover the drawing sheet with transparent & this plastic sheet.

3. Take a flower of China rose / Petunia Emasculate it (Remove its anthers). Dry the emasculated flower and anthers separately. Bag the emasculated flower and display them on a Drawing Sheet. Cover the drawing sheet with transparent & this plastic sheet.

4. Collect any brightly coloured Entomophilous flower Inflorescence (entomoplulons) eg. Like (Sunflower or salvia and grass (Anemophilous). Dry them and display them.

5. Study the inheritance of trait tongue rolling / ear lobes and colour blindness in your family. Make pedigree. Write the genotypes of all family members in the pedigree.
